Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the front office, including staff planning, service quality, and process optimization. You are a natural leader with an eye for hospitality and profitability.
These will be your tasks
As a Front Office Manager, together with the Assistant Front Office Manager, you are responsible for the management and development of the entire Front Office. You translate the hotel's policy into a clear annual plan and budget for your department and monitor its implementation. You ensure efficient staffing, a clear distribution of management tasks, and a strong team that exudes hospitality and quality.
You mainly focus on improving processes and service: from new programs and innovations (such as a paperless reception) to strengthening collaboration with other departments and seizing commercial opportunities. In doing so, you coach and develop employees and interns, stimulate team building, and create an environment where people can grow. You are a visible leader who maintains an overview, provides direction, and ensures that results are achieved.

- You manage the Front Office, create the annual plan and budget, and monitor implementation
- You ensure optimal staffing, team development, and a clear distribution of management tasks
- You initiate and implement improvements, innovations, and commercial opportunities within the Front Office
This is what you bring
- Relevant education and at least MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
- Experience in leadership in hospitality or a similar environment;
- Strong organizational and analytical skills;
- Decisiveness, problem-solving ability, and result orientation;
- Affinity with hospitality and delivering a high level of service;

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
