Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH)

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the conditions under which hospitality businesses established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, and related businesses (including catering companies, party service companies, etc.), provide hospitality services and enter into hospitality agreements. The UVH are filed with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.

Cancellation Policy Hotel Mitland

You can cancel your hotel room free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Do you want to cancel your booking? Then contact us via info@mitland.nl or by phone at 030-271 58 24. Please note that non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled for free; costs may be charged for canceling these reservations. If you booked through a booking site, you can change or cancel the reservation with them.

Group and Room Reservations

For cancellations regarding group and room reservations, we apply the conditions as stated in the confirmation. These are customized conditions and may differ from what is stated on the website.
