Robin Klerks was already regularly active as an independent chef in the kitchen of Restaurant Vlonders in the past. He worked with such pleasure for Hotel Mitland during that period that he eagerly accepted the opportunity to work here as kitchen manager a few years ago. Now Klerks organizes the daily operations and leads his team in the kitchen. "Our work is so diverse," he says. "We provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets for the guests of the halls, à la carte, and also for guests of the bowling. Here you have everything."

Klerks offers with his team an extensive menu with varied dishes and desserts. He is also responsible for composing the menu, which changes with the seasons. It currently includes the confit duck leg and the 20-hour braised beef chuck, but also popular staples like the DOMburger, the Bali skewer, and the pasta with prawns.
