You will work as an intern under professional guidance from a recognized mentor. These will be your tasks
Every day, you and the kitchen team are responsible for serving lunch and dinner, which can be in buffet form or à la carte. Besides these tasks, you work intensively every day with the head chef with whom you ensure the operational processes and effectiveness.
- Preparing à la carte dishes and buffet according to recipe and planning.
- Performing preparatory work.
- Executing and monitoring quality.
- Preparing dishes for serving.
