Sales Employee

In short

As a Sales Employee, you will have the opportunity to discover all aspects of the commercial world within a hotel organization. No experience? No problem. We will teach you everything. You bring the motivation, we provide the practice.

These will be your tasks

You support the sales team with daily tasks and gradually take on more responsibilities. Think of drafting quotes, processing group reservations, preparing sales materials, participating in campaigns, and attending client meetings and trade shows.

You will further collaborate in the Sales department and have the chance to gain experience in areas such as:

  • Account Sales & Corporate Contracts
  • Banquet Sales & Events
  • Reservations and Contract Handling
  • Catering and external location requests
  • Sales events & networking gatherings

Additionally, you will also work a day at Front Office or Banqueting as needed to gain a good understanding of hotel operations.

This is what you bring

  • You have completed an MBO or HBO education (preferably Hotel School or commercial direction);
  • It's a plus if you already have some experience with groups (including group reservations);
  • You enjoy learning, taking initiative, and working in a team;
  • You are commercially minded and think customer-oriented;
  • You speak good Dutch and English (German is a big plus).
