Night receptionist (Note: vacancy is filled)

In short

Are you a night owl with a passion for hospitality? Then we are looking for you! For our friendly Front Office team, we are seeking a Night Receptionist who can maintain calmness and service during the night. You are the familiar face for our guests during the nighttime hours, ensuring that everyone feels welcome, safe, and at home.

These will be your tasks

  • Receiving, checking in and out, and guiding our guests;
  • Independently performing administrative tasks and cash register operations;
  • Conducting control rounds and monitoring safety;
  • Being ready for emergencies or unexpected situations.

This is what you bring

  • You are available for shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM;
  • You are available on Saturday evenings;
  • Good command of the Dutch language (English is a plus);
  • Stress-resistant – you can handle complaints well and know how to resolve them effectively;
  • Able to work independently;
  • Willingness to work on weekends as well;
  • Always handy if you live in or around Utrecht.
