In short
Are you looking for an internship within a large company with various facilities such as the conference center, bowling, restaurant, brasserie, and much more? Then Mitland is the right place for you!
These will be your tasks
- You will speak to domestic and international hotel guests daily to check them in and out;
- You will welcome both hotel guests and visitors;
- You will perform administrative tasks and provide information to our guests;
- You will process individual reservation requests in our system and ensure the proper execution of various procedures within the department;
- You will be commercially engaged in taking reservations for the restaurant and bowling center and actively selling all our products at the counter.
This is what you bring
- You are pursuing an MBO4 or HBO study;
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;
- You are flexible, presentable, know what service is all about, and you are enthusiastic;
- Always handy if you live near the hotel;
- You can work shifts from 7:00 to 15:00 or from 15:00 to 23:00;
- You are willing to work occasionally on weekends and during holidays.
