Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH)
The Uniform Conditions of the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the terms and conditions on which hotel and catering businesses established in the Netherlands, such as hotels, restaurants, pubs and related businesses (including catering companies, party service companies, etc.), provide catering services and conclude catering agreements. The UVH have been filed with the District Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in The Hague.

It is possible to cancel your hotel room free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival. Would you like to cancel your booking? Please contact us at info@mitland.nl or by phone at 030-271 58 24. If you have booked through a third party, you can change or cancel the reservation with them.

Group and room reservations
For cancellations regarding group and room reservations, we apply the conditions as stated in the confirmation. These are custom conditions and may differ from what is stated on the website.
