Pets are allowed only in the rooms and brasserie of our hotel. The rate per pet is €25.00 per night. Your pet will receive a nice pillow to sleep on, a drinking/feeding bowl, poop bags and tasty snacks.

We have an adapted room for the disabled, it is located on the first floor. The bathroom is adapted with brackets and a shower seat. Because of the widened door this room is very suitable for disabled guests. This room is also virtually barrier-free. In addition, you can use the disabled parking space at the front entrance of the hotel. Don't forget to place your card behind the window.

If cancelled up to 24 hours before arrival, no fee will be charged unless other conditions are stated in the reservation confirmation. If cancelled after that or if you do not show up (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

A romantic surprise for your loved one upon arrival in the room? We will scatter rose petals on the bed for €22.50. You can also opt for a stay in the clouds with 15 balloons. The bed will be decorated with heart-shaped balloons. This is sure to impress your loved one! The cost for the balloons is €15.50. If you have any other requests, we are happy to help! To reserve a hotel room, the minimum age is 18. Are you not yet 18? Then you must be accompanied by an adult.

Bicycle parking is available on the hotel grounds, we also have a covered bicycle parking area with charging points for electric bicycles. A spot cannot be reserved and is only available based on availability.

Parking your bicycle in our bicycle parking area is at your own risk. Mitland cannot be held liable for any damages.

Our parking lot is located next to the hotel and is immediately visible upon arrival. The parking lots are clearly marked so that you can easily find a spot. In your navigation system you can enter our address: Ariënslaan 1, 3573 PT Utrecht.

Entry and exit:

At the entrance you will encounter our barriers. These work on license plate recognition, they open automatically for you, so you can drive right in. When leaving, you can arrange your exit card at the reception, so by scanning your exit card you can easily leave the parking lot again when you leave.

Are you going to get out and about during your stay?

With your room key card, you can easily enter and exit by scanning it at the parking gate.

4. Go straight ahead, after the railroad tracks you will see the bus stop (take the one on the right)

5. Almost every bus goed to the centre (bus stop Neude or CS Centrumzijde)

Our reception is open 24 hours a day. If you arrive later than 6 p.m., please let us know so that we can take this into account.

If you arrive before 3 p.m., you can leave your luggage in our luggage room free of charge. You can use our lounge or brasserie. Or you can already explore our city.

You can check in from 3:00 pm. If you wish to check in earlier please contact us, we offer early check-in options. There are extra costs involved. We are happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
