How can I make a reservation?

You can make reservations through our website, by email or by phone.

What is the minimum age for booking a hotel room?

To reserve a hotel room, the minimum age is 18. Are you not yet 18 years old? Then you must be accompanied by an adult.

I want to surprise someone, is that possible?

Are you looking for a romantic surprise for your loved one upon arrival in your room? We provide rose petals on the bed, the cost is € 15, -. Or let us decorated the room with heart-shaped balloons. This way you'll really impress your loved one! The cost of the balloons is € 10, -. Do you have other wishes, let us know, we are happy to help!

What are the cancellation policies?

For cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival, no fee will be charged unless other conditions are stated in the booking confirmation. If cancelled after that or if you do not show up (no-show), the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We require a deposit of €50, - for incidental expenses. This amount will be refunded after checking out if no further expenses have been made. However, it may take several days before the amount is back in your account!

What are the booking conditions?

All reservations are subject to the Uniform Conditions of the Hospitality Industry (UVH) unless agreed otherwise.

I wish to stay with a group. Can I get a special price?

If you would like to stay with us with a group (from six rooms upwards), please contact us by email for a suitable quote.

I have specific requirements regarding the room, what are the possibilities for this?

Please contact us and let us know your requirements. Our front desk will do their best to accommodate this for you, but we cannot guarantee it.

Does the hotel have disabled rooms?

We have an adapted room for the disabled, it is located on the ground floor. The bathroom is adapted with brackets and with a shower seat. Because of the widened door, this room is very suitable for disabled guests. This room is also almost barrier-free. You can also use the disabled parking space at the entrance of the hotel. Do not forget to place your card behind the window.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are allowed in our hotel. The rate per pet is €17, - per night.

What are the options for an extra bed?

An extra bed for both adults and children between the ages of 3 and 12 is subject to a surcharge of €26, -. A baby bed can be provided on request, the surcharge is €5, -.

Is there a refrigerator available in the room?

A refrigerator is available in most of our rooms. Create your own minibar package upon arrival. There is a wide choice of cooled drinks, there is a charge for this.

Will I receive a reservation confirmation?

After placing a reservation you will always receive a confirmation email. This can possibly end up in your spam box. You will receive the confirmation within 15 minutes after making the reservation.

Can I change my reservation?

In this particular situation, you can in most cases move your reservation to a new date. Whether this can be done free of charge depends on the conditions. These conditions can be requested by phone or email.

How can I reach the hotel?

We are easily accessible by car and public transport. On our contact page you can find directions.

Where can I park?

If you come by car, you can use the hotel parking lot. The fee for parking is € 8.49 per night if you book through one of our partners. If you book directly via, parking is free!

Is there bicycle storage available?

There is a locked bicycle storage in front of the hotel, the key to which you can request at the reception. This cannot be reserved and is only available subject to availability.

What facilities are available in the room?

In all rooms you will find a seat, desk, safe, coffee maker, kettle and television.

Does the hotel have Wifi?

We offer free Wifi throughout the hotel. You can use this through the network of KPN.

Is there a safe in the room?

A safe is available in all rooms.

During your stay

At what time can I check in?

You can check in from 3 PM. If you wish to check-in earlier please contact us, we offer early check-in possibilities. There are additional costs involved. We are happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

What if I arrive earlier than 3 PM?

If you arrive before 3 PM, you can leave your luggage with us in the luggage room free of charge. You can use our lounge or brasserie. Or you can already explore our city.

Can I arrive late?

Our reception is open 24/7. If you will be arriving later than 6 PM, please let us know so we can take this into account.

What is the check-out time?

The check-out time is 11 AM. Do you wish to check out later? Please contact the reception in time, we do offer late check-out options. There may be additional costs associated with this.

Can I extend my stay?

This is possible, if there is availability. Ask the front desk for the possibilities and price.

What are the times of breakfast?

We serve breakfast Monday through Friday from 7 to 10 AM and on weekends from 7 to 11 AM.

Can I have dinner at the restaurant?

From 5 PM you are welcome in our restaurant for dinner. You can choose from a variety of delicious dishes.

Is there lunch available?

You can enjoy lunch in our brasserie, our extensive lunch menu offers various delicious meals.

Does the hotel serve alcohol?

We only serve alcohol to guests over the age of 18.

What payment methods does the hotel accept?

Payment can be made on arrival by credit card (Visa or Mastercard, American Express) or by debit card. If you book a room online the options for payment are iDEAL and credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

How do I get to the city center?

We can arrange a cab for you or you can use bicycle rental. Ask about this on arrival, we will be happy to inform you. There are also buses every 15 minutes to the center. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.

Can the window be opened in the room?

In most of our rooms, the window can open all the way. We have some rooms where the windows can only be opened ajar.

What time should I be inside the hotel?

You can always enter through the main entrance of the hotel. So you do not have to be back at a certain time.

Can I rent a bike at the hotel?

We rent bicycles for € 16 per day. You can reserve them by mail, phone or on arrival.

Are bathrobes available?

It is possible to rent bathrobes. The cost is € 12.50 per bathrobe, you will also receive a free set of slippers.

What's the smoking policy?

Smoking in the entire building is strictly prohibited, this also applies to electronic cigarettes. In case of violation, we will impose a fine of € 100 and you will have to leave the hotel, without refund of already paid room charges.

Can I leave luggage?

You can always leave your luggage with us for free in the luggage room. It is not possible to leave your luggage if you are not staying with us at the hotel.

Are (phone) adapters available?

Adapters for various devices are available for sale at the front desk.

Can you arrange a cab for me?

The front desk will be happy to arrange a cab for you. Please let us know where you want to go.

Can you tell me more about places of interest, etc.?

At the reception we are happy to tell you more about the places of interest in and outside of Utrecht. You can also find various brochures at the entrance of the hotel.

After departure

I lost something, now what?

Please contact us by email or phone. We will then check if it has been found and can send you the found objects. There are costs associated with sending.

The authorization on my credit card has not been removed. What should i do?

Please contact us by email or phone. Based on your credit card information, we can contact our credit card provider, who can assist your bank in removing the authorization.

I have a complaint, where can I go?

We are sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. If you are still at the hotel, please come to the front desk immediately so we can resolve the complaint for you immediately.
