following dishes:
• Waldorff salad
• Rib-eye, rare
• Raw ham, garnished with melon
• Pâté in season
• Devilled egg with mousse of eel
• Smoke salmon with horseradish
• Lightly smoked breast of turkey with orange
slices
• Cherry tomato stuffed with minced Dutch
prawn

Lunch meeting
For a smooth lunch in the conference room itself:
• 2 sandwiches: (1 white, with ham, 1 brown,
with cheese)
• A cup of soup(e du jour)
• Kwekkeboom croquette in a bread roll
• Fresh-fruit platter
• Milk & buttermilk
• Price € 15,00 per person
