Mitland Hotel Utrecht - Restaurant - Buffet Vlonders
A centrally placed buffet with a range of possibilities. Suitable for the business guest who would like a full and tasty meal within a short period. Also for guests with more time, and who would like to dine in good company, this buffet offers many possibilities. The Hotel Mitland dinner buffet “Vlonders” is available (subject to sufficient demand) between 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. You can choose from a large selection of cold entrées, such as a seafood cocktail, Carpaccio of fish or meat, a fresh salad, smoked fish fillets, a piece of pâté or a few slices of delicious dried ham. The entrées are served with a baguette and creamery butter. This is followed by the soupe du jour or a cup of clear soup. Under the supervision of our chef, you can then make a choice from our buffet of main dishes. He makes for you each day: 2 different meat dishes, a fish dish and one of poultry. Upon request, a specially adapted dish can be served for our vegetarian guests. (Kindly let us know in advance.) With your main course, we serve a variety potato and vegetable dishes and salads, from the buffet. To give your meal a special conclusion, we offer a dessert buffet. This consists of selected sweet items, such as mousses, pastries and ice cream. You can also choose to conclude your meal with fresh fruit. The price of this buffet is € 35,00 per person. On workdays, only by reservation. During the weekend, only for groups starting at 25 persons with a reservation.
